A former Professional Dancer & Singer, I now teach Yoga & Pilates on a full-time basis.

I have always had a love for movement & feeling good in your body, which comes across in my teaching.

Each class I teach is bespoke, uniquely created for you & your needs, whatever they may be.

I like to keep things relaxed & professional, so that you really get the most out of your session. Your mat is your safe place where you can be yourself, move, breathe, laugh, wobble, fall over..

Once you start Pilates, you'll never look back! This particular program targets the core, or the Powerhouse; the abdominals, the back, the inner thighs & the glutes. Tuesday 4.30-5.30pm BST Each session is relaxed & fun, with a different theme each week.
