Joanne's Fitness Experience

I started getting involved with sports around the age of 10, where I started playing Football for my Primary school club and then turned my interest to dancing.

I was dancing at a local dance club until I suffered an injury and had to give it up.

Growing up as a very sporty person and then experiencing how to deal with an injury, that was when I then realised I wanted to help people and encourage them not to give up.

This is where I got my passion from to learn the skills and knowledge in Sports Therapy and allowed me to start working with different junior Football clubs.

My goal is to continue working with athletes and individuals to help them overcome their injuries and motivate them through it.
