Greg's Fitness Experience

From an early age I have had an interest in fitness and have been involved in multiple sports and personal training. This passion has driven me to become involved in alternative sports such as bouldering, running and attending my local gym and tennis club on a regular basis.

Through my love of sports I became more and more Interested in the world of health and well-being. I have taken this passion to the next level by gaining a HND in Sports Therapy, this has allowed me to pursue a career path as a Sports Therapist.

Throughout the course I have learnt that there is so much more to physical fitness than I had previously thought. 

Both physical and mental health are interlinked and can greatly influence one another. By receiving something as simple as a massage or performing a workout you can instantly improve your outlook on life and feel more confident as you carry out your normal daily routine.    

My aim is to not only assist people with their aches and pains but to also help them gain self confidence and improve their wellbeing.
