Aaron's Fitness Experience

As a Sports Therapist, I bring over 8 years’ experience in American medicine, rehabilitation, nutrition, biomechanics, functional training and performance enhancement to my clients.

My passion and focus is injury prevention coupled with functional stability and also rehabilitation.

I understand how the body functions on a daily basis and will ensure that you are put in the best position to achieve your goals!

My approach is to analyse how your body moves and design the program that allows you to achieve the best results.

We all have unique goals and unique bodies and unique metabolisms and my program for you with be just that. As a former collegiate athlete, I will challenge you and push you to be in the best shape of your life!

This is the workout for those who are new to fitness and still unsure about how to do it safely and don’t want to commit to a program just yet.

This program will take you through the basics of exercises and how to properly lift weights.

You will be instructed on various lifts including squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and man many more! Over the course of 6 weeks, you will learn what the proper positions are for lifting and how to put yourself in those positions without hurting yourself.

What's Included?

  • Functional Movement Screen
  • 12x30 min 1-2-1 sessions with me either online or in person
  • Education on proper lifting techniques and body positioning
  • Basics of core strength programme



This program focuses on your body’s weaknesses and imbalances to improve overall function.

I conduct a full body assessment and design a program catered to your specific needs and goals. You will improve your range of motion, strength and balance over the course of 12 weeks.

This program is designed for those new to training or recovering from an injury and wanting to get back to a certain level of fitness.

  • Personalized functional movement and mobility program specific to your weaknesses and asymmetries
  • 12-60 minute 1-2-1 sessions with me either online or in person
  • Knowledge about your body and how to move efficiently and effectively to avoid high risk movements

Over the course of 12 weeks, I will examine your body mechanics and optimize your performance.

If you’re looking to increase your speed, strength, power or agility, then this is the program for you.

We will spend time mastering movements specific to your set goals and focus on being precise in your workouts.

Whether you play football or simply want to elevate your fitness level, this program is for those who want a challenge and are ready to work for it.
