I am a holistic Health & Fitness Coach and a Wellness Advocate working on the body, mind and spirit supporting individuals achieve their, goals; from those just starting out to those who have been working at growth for a while, to expert. We aim to support you to continuously to strive to become the best version of yourself.
Qualified in Health Nutrition and Fitness coaching; my journey began 5 years ago when I realised that I had to change something drastically about my health if I wanted to improve my quality of life and eliminate my chronic pain. Previously, I had lived with hypothyroidism for more than 20 years; which took me on a journey to researching natural cures looking at the human being in its entirety.
With Hypothyroidism come many issues, brain fog, depression, weight issues, exhaustion, lack of energy, hormonal problems, neuropathy, burning skin, just to name a few. I have managed to elevate all my symptoms and my bloods are now normal.
One of the first things I did was to become more aware of my true self, to work out my uniqueness and the real purpose for by very being. This meant looking at what serves my physical being, my mind and my spiritual self.
My passion is to show people how I've done it and to coach them through prevention avoiding the cycle of pain in the first place. This journey will take you down the path of self-love, building self-esteem and confidence, unleashing the genius within continually striving to grow always being at 100% of your game.
